Guys, anyone expiriencing lack of subtitles in videos?

When I edit video and add subtitle related to it, when I play video, there are no subtitles.

At this moment, I am speaking about .sx domain.

How can it be fixed?

I often find myself charged incorrectly and, incidentally, always overcharged.
Whether it's $1-$4 extra.

Making a total of $11 commission at some point.
