Hello,

There were no changes to the rates. The only update was implementing view filtering to exclude bot and artificial activity, including ads activity testing and similar actions. This is part of our ongoing efforts to improve traffic quality. We are also planning to increase rates, but at the same time, we want to ensure that invalid traffic is not counted.
 
why sometimes i want to download video and it appears this:
