Hello,

This is not official thread, we came with this thread in order to transition into new platform correctly, feel free to report any bugs or share your thoughts and suggestions about our new system in this thread.

I work as an uploader on the Arabseed movies and series website, and I have been using Filemoon for several years.

When your domain was changed to Byse.sx, you asked uploaders to update their links to the new domain. Accordingly, I contacted the developer of the Arabseed website where I work, and the old domain now automatically redirects to the new one.

I am unable to upload my files directly to the new domain because it is not yet available on Zoom Uploader.

Therefore, I upload my files to Filemoon and place the links in my posts. These links are then automatically redirected to the new domain, which allows them to appear on the streaming servers.

This can be confirmed by the fact that my posts are receiving views and my earnings are being counted on the new domain.

I kindly ask you to approve and pay my earnings generated from these views.

If it happens more than once ater cache refresh would be great if you helped out diagnose that by providing the console output of your browser and network tab output in console via PM this would help us fix that.

Dear User, our system checks accounts every 48 hours if it stops detecting your account receiving traffic from filemoon domain it will automatically release your payment.

but i try to explan to you that the old domain automatically redirects to the new one and my files have views and you can check it in my user saleh22

This is a small notification that the email notification system for failed files in encoding/transfer is now live. From now on, whenever we delete something, you will receive a notification. A few additional updates are also coming soon, as follows:


  • Removal of the ability to restore files deleted by the system (failed or broken files, etc.).
  • Re-enabling of the auto-payout system (this will only work for accounts with 10+ payouts on record. Accounts below that threshold will have payments processed manually on Mondays and Fridays).

One thing I noticed is missing is the ability to export all the links in the account.

im try to login my account its showing banned can u please tell me why its get banned ? if the reason is no views , its because we have new website and we are still working on it to released , expecting 22 January. we was uploading files to get ready and we will start posting soon on all our websites and new website kindly check and up block my account user name: sarfarazbutt5230 and give us time 2 weeks more to see view result thank you for understanding
 
@Byse can you check i am using byse from the beggining and requested payment and just got this message, but i dont have any filemoon links on my site? "To receive payments, please update your embed or direct links to the Byse platform to complete the transition from Filemoon to Byse"

Did a check you do send traffic to filemoon domain.
 
i understand message, but i dont have any filemoon links on my website how is possible? mind helping me with that, i have no links to replace on my site

Could the issue be related i used filemoon to add subtitles on some files before they encoded to full
