Hello,

This is not official thread, we came with this thread in order to transition into new platform correctly, feel free to report any bugs or share your thoughts and suggestions about our new system in this thread.

I can't log in. I enter my username/password. I get the validation code, and when I validate, the URL displays on the dashboard and then returns to the login screen. Whereas via Filemoon, everything works, I have direct access to the dashboard.
 
Last night I also had a problem logging into my account. I solved it by clearing the cache memory from the browser. Or try logging in incognito, it should work for you.

I have cleared CDN cache, this should solve the problem, we will also implement notification if something like this occurs in future to clear your caches, i believe it happened as we have pushed yday silently update related to the platform.

Please buddy stop with that bullshit like "still lot of error but on filemoon working" everything is the same starting from storage to streaming servers the only difference is panel engine so if error is at byse with video the same thing is at filemoon. Regarding your not delivered email, please provide me your account username and i will happily check email logs with delivery status.
 
I tried logging into byse with my Filemoon user account and couldn't.

I don't understand how to use the new panel on the new site.

I can't find clear information here or in the Filemoon thread.

If you want to get the links to the downloaded/embed files, simply right-click and "export files".
And you will get the URL.

Is it possible to revert to the old "embed link" feature, like in the first version of Byse? I found it much more convenient.

I was able to access my account after resetting my password.

Withdrawal fees are now the amounts listed in the message you posted some time ago.

This is a small notification that the email notification system for failed files in encoding/transfer is now live. From now on, whenever we delete something, you will receive a notification. A few additional updates are also coming soon, as follows:


  • Removal of the ability to restore files deleted by the system (failed or broken files, etc.).
  • Re-enabling of the auto-payout system (this will only work for accounts with 10+ payouts on record. Accounts below that threshold will have payments processed manually on Mondays and Fridays).

One thing I noticed is missing is the ability to export all the links in the account.
I saw that it only supports exporting folders.
