hi jas, web upload is bad%20/30 etc. and error. i cant upload.
Please send me the ID of the server which is causing issues
File manager->select the files-> click on export you will find than the embed iframe
I was downloading some file.. again the error started showing...

Kindly send me the error log via PM in order to check.
Again the same problem with the ftp server. Again, no file transfers to the user panel.
PS: They are temporarily stopping the use of the service until the system stabilizes.

Videos are encoded depends on queue, actually the encoding queue is a bit overloaded
But from what I see your videos are MP4 they will be played without issues at all.
Have you switched the upload settings to encodings ?
About FTP we are checking it already so kindly have patience otherwise we offer web upload, zoom, resumable, remote etc..

Small update:
- Upload speed issue fixed (temporary Network maintenance on DC)
- We are working to integrate 20 multiple encoding servers, it should stabilize the encoding at once.
All videos should start encoding instantly after the changes.
Expect our update shortly
