Maybe possible the file itself is corrupt or badly encoded, otherwise maybe you are using proxy/vpn ?, kindly send me the URL via PM to check

Note: using a screeshot to show us the error will not help, since we don't know on which server the file is hosted each link has a different server, this apply to all video hosts not only we.
 
Update:

We have successfully mitigated the attack, the peak was over 26Gbps

Normally we have our DDOS Protection including WAF & Hardware firewall and automated blacklist, but today the attack was different we was receiving requests from over 100k IP's which made it extremely hard to detect which are real visitors and attacking IP's

But finally we mitigated the attack and added more detection and fight-back ways to prevent any further downtime.

- we have upgraded to 100Gbps DDos protection
- 2x10Gbps new servers added !
- Z-o-o-m support added today !
