i have noticed more downloaders started using vpns. Its about 30% this month.

I'm seeing what looks like a DE user accounting for a very percentage of my downloads... don't seem like an actual downloader. More like an uploader that can't source their warez. Increasing download stress on servers making things slower for actual premium users.
