Yes, some Accounts we deactivate (but only Free PPD, Premium PPD still working) if we think it does not compensate. You are welcomed to use PPS or MIX.
If not activated, please tell our Support.

I have rare sales too and I use PPD, will affect that all of us?

If you get any notice and your does not generate any Free PPD anymore, then yes.
Unless, no issues. This is very rarely currently.

It wasn't the country when I said it, it was more to do with a popular release being out yesterday and while the other hosts I use were flying away in terms of downloads, ddownload was stuck at 7 for hours, and there was no jump in numbers that I'd expect if it were a caching thing.
