Yes, depends if your Account is activated or not. You need to contact support https://support.ddownload.com



Your Account is not banned due to PPD, probably got Auto-banned because of Account sharing or several IPs. We do not ban accounts manually, only in very rare cases.

But is there a way to make it public using API - maybe during creation or after creation using fld_id?

You only need to make it public once by generating the folder. After that, you receive a fixed link.
You can decide whether files should be public or private, and this can be controlled via the API. We integrated this feature just last week:

Regarding folder limits, I believe there is one, but I don’t recall the exact value at the moment. I will check internally and can share the details with you via PM.

We always process copyright violation reports and take them very seriously. We also apply hash-based filtering.
