Please also note that the fees per transaction are between €3 and €5 due to the exchanger.

With USDT, it’s always a bit tricky unfortunately. However, we can add this as a balance.

When I attempted to use USDT, you informed me that the fees were high and recommended Litecoin (LTC) to receive the full amount. However, even with LTC, I’m facing the same issue as with USDT. I hope fix it...

I don't know what the issue is, open a ticket, it's not like they do that on purpose and 'steal' from you, just open a ticket, they'll definitely will add it to your balance. It really is that simple.
