Dear Affiliates,
As some of you may have already noticed, we have launched DDownload V3 and it is now live. Since not all bugs or issues were caught during our development and testing before deploying to production, some things may have been overlooked.
However, we have already rolled out the first patches.
DDownload V3:
- New Affiliate Dashboard with a much better overview than before. New features have been added, such as File Metrics, where you can see the performance of each file listed as top performers by downloads, earnings, etc. There are still many new features to come — we are gradually rolling everything out. In the new Affiliate Dashboard, you will also receive new notifications and be able to see when your payments are actually processed. You will also be informed about new features as they are introduced. Very soon, you will also see Subscription Metrics on your Affiliate Dashboard, showing your recurring customers who generate monthly passive income for you.
- New User Dashboard. The new User Dashboard offers customers a much better overview with features that are far more accessible. A new Help Desk Portal for customers has also been launched.
- Revamped File Manager. The File Manager is not yet 100% fully rolled out but will be introduced over the next few days. New capabilities will become available, including higher limits and improved export and file-moving options, among others.
- New overall look for the website with better translations in nearly every language. Accurate translations on the site are essential for acquiring new customers.
- Improved Checkout Flow for customers. Customers now have even better options to purchase Premium, along with a clearer overview to help boost your revenue.
- Better tracking for downloads and sales. We have improved session tracking to guarantee that you always receive credit for your sales. Session tracking for your affiliate links is set to 30 days when you acquire customers.
- New Affiliate Link. You now have the option to generate a new, cleaner-looking affiliate link at
https://ddownload.com/affiliate?tab=settings, replacing the old format with free*number*.html. Your old affiliate links will continue to work on your accounts.
- Cross-platform apps for Windows, Android, iOS, macOS, and more. We are currently developing apps that we will release very soon. You will receive further information about this shortly.
There is still a lot more that we will be introducing and improving. It is important to us that you submit suggestions as well as bug reports so we can address them immediately.
With new dashboard I can't see complete list of my referrals. Maybe is in purpose, but I have Referrals (373) and I can see only latest ones.
Thanks for new update, looks cool
We have fixed this one now.
So, I think the new update and the design changes are really great, but the balance display is definitely missing from the regular dashboard. Having to click on Affiliate every time just to quickly check my balance gets annoying after a while (I don't check every 5 minutes). Just so you know, in case someone says to check daily, etc., I do.
It's still a bit of a nuisance having to constantly click on Affiliate.
@ddownload.com , please reconsider whether you could add a widget to the regular dashboard.
Do you mean this?
https://ddownload.com/affiliate
You can see your current balance with just one click by navigating to Affiliate:
The balance is displayed on the front page of the Affiliate Dashboard.
@ddownload.com In the file management root directory, click “Sort by name or size” to go to the home page. Subdirectories are working properly.
We are working on this right now. Thank you for reporting.
