A visitor on my website purchased a 1-year ddownload account through my site. I can see his email address in the My Referrals section, but the sale hasn’t been reflected in my earnings. He paid via PayPal and I also have the receipt. I can send it to you if you like. I’ve been using your site for 3–4 days already. I’m genuinely curious about an explanation for this.

But you didn’t count the sale for the visitor I directly encouraged to purchase a ddownload premium account. I have a website with 17 years of history and many loyal visitors. This is a big disappointment for me, especially if we are to work together long-term.

Depends which account you have. Normal Premium accounts -> 365 days inactivity.
VIP -> forever.

Nothing critical, guys — I had exactly the same thing three weeks ago.
Opened a ticket → waited 5 days → they asked for my wallet → I sent LTC address → waited another 5 days → reply came: “We can’t send to LTC right now, but give us your BTC wallet and we’ll send it immediately” → sent BTC address → waited 5 more days → finally got the money.
Total time ~3 weeks.
Just be patient. Because of these kinds of idiots who spam 50–100 tickets each, support gets completely buried and everyone else has to wait forever.
