Quick Updates on Recent Changes​

We’ve just implemented several adjustments and improvements:
  • FTP Fixes: Some remaining bugs in FTP have been addressed. There may still be a few minor issues - please report them so we can fix them promptly.
  • New Public Folders: Public folders now use random strings. Click the “Unlock Public Folder” button in My Files to generate your unique random string public folder link.

  • Auto-Payout Feature: You can now enable or disable automatic payouts anytime under Request My Money.

  • My Files Improvements: Various minor fixes and optimizations have been made.
  • My Reports Enhancements: Small improvements have been applied for better stability and performance.

Upcoming Updates​

  • Dashboard Notifications: A new notification icon will soon appear on the dashboard, keeping you informed about payouts, platform updates, and more.
  • Affiliate Payout Emails: Once a payout is processed, affiliates will automatically receive an email showing the transaction ID, payout time, and amount.

Deleting files used to be much faster (select all 500 files, delete, done. Took less than a second).
Now only 300 files can be deleted at a time, and it deletes slowly in increments of 50, which is annoying.
Please change it back.

I already clean the servers of files that are no longer needed, so don't make it harder for me than necessary ;)

The file search on the website is now much faster.

Please also adjust it for the API.
The search is still very slow there.

Auto Pay-Out is great!

Download speed could be better. I think it's stupid that parts larger than 2 GB are now allowed. It will overload the servers.

And if the download is corrupted, you have to reload the entire file instead of just one part.

I was on PPD plan at first and the admin activated it.
I changed my plan to PPS in settings,
Does the admin need to activate it again? or will I start earning from my sells I get?
 
180 days = 50 EUR
365 days = 40 EUR :thinking:
Maybe you should change the price for the 1-year premium? For example, 80 EUR. Today's price is unreasonably low compared to other plans.
 
The automatic withdrawal didn't work for me. I activated it on Tuesday night/Wednesday morning; the first automatic withdrawal request should have been processed on Thursday. Nothing happened.

I have noted some of your suggestions, which we can certainly implement.
Please just give us a little time to sort things out.

Regarding the download speed, we currently have a cap of around 15–20 MB per file per second. We will also make some adjustments to this.

As for the corrupted files, there are mostly two possible reasons:
  1. The file was uploaded between October and December 2024.
  2. The file was uploaded around 4 AM CET, when our backup systems are running. This is most likely the cause.
  3. In rare cases, when we are pushing updates to production, the entire node may take some time to process, which can cause the upload to get stuck.
We’re now implementing an automatic maintenance mode for uploads (Web, API, and FTP) during scheduled work or updates.

We are also working on this. We’re currently changing some administrative processes, which is why it sometimes takes a bit longer.
We’re receiving our funds with some delay, but the funds are safe. So there’s no issue.

Our price policy will be always like that currently. Our price policy will change with DDownload V2.
