1/6 of my archive is simply gone.

The occasional server crash is nothing new. But so many files in one fell swoop just means:

Lifetime storage has been canceled.

What a pity.
Especially because you weren't even informed or warned.
 
this happened sometimes. the last time i have to wait 4 month to get the money which they marked as payed which i didnt received it.

At the moment we have to pay the price for this bad promo. The people can only pay buy bank transfer which is very stupid to that as customer. But since they start this sales are falling. i hope they stop this promo soon

I don't use an FTP protocol for uploading - I wouldn't advise anyone to do so - but I think this is only available for premium users or you have to request it manually via support ticket.

The unlimited storage time has been changed to 180 days of inactivity. I personally think this is very good, because no file is worth saving on an OCH if it has not been downloaded for 180 days.
