What kind of mass? Quality mass (muscles) or just weight with some muscle?

Quality weight takes much longer to get simply because you try not to gain any fat and you can't really build 5kg of muscles in 1 month alone naturally.

So let's assume you talk about weight in general. Good thing about it is that you can pig out with carbs, no need to count, just eat as much you can.

As many smaller meals throughout the day as possible is best option. Don't go with 2 or 3 huge ass meals, point is to speed up metabolism.

So good example would be 4+ meals. Eat on every 2,3 hours.

Every meal should have fair share of protein food and carb food. So you don't mix eggs with chicken for example.

So you mix, 1 protein with 1 carb type food:
eggs (with cheese - optional) with oatmeal or fish with potatoes and so on.

I wrote ton protein, carb and fat sources few posts back so please read them and mix them, again google is your friend.

Now, if you are busy guy like me, you can't really have all 6,7 meals (I usually eat that much) protein shakes are awesome option/meal replacement. Yes they are not cheap but they help.

Best way to build good upper body in general is to do 2 simple exercises, yes, 2 only.

No need to play around with bicep curls or some smaller exercises, go with big ones.

Bench press and Deadlifting. Simple as that. Why? Because those 2 exercises (with squats) require so many muscles to be included and again they lead to increases testosterone productivity so why not go with basic, simple and best exercises?

Done improperly, can pretty much mess you or even kill you.

Worst that can happen is when a beginner start doing all those smaller exercises and then end up with unbalanced sides and so on, so stick with the basic exercises.

My Age is 17 and My Body is 50 -60 i guess, i want to Make my Chest and Arms is there any home remedy ?

Can you recommend a good, tasteful protein bar?

Honestly, I have never tried any protein bars. Only because they are not cheap, a lot better to buy tasty whey protein, mmmm

I don't know which brands have protein bars but go with one of these: Dymatize Nutrition, Ultimate Nutrition, Biotech, EAS, Universal Nutrition, Twinlab, Labrada and so on... just go with popular one. No they might not have BEST bars but at least they are in this business for very long time so you can't really go that much wrong.

Brands:
"Pure Protein" combination of whey (fast reacting proteins) and casein (slow). Tons of sugar alcohol which causes 'laxative' effect. It's a really cheap alternative.
Thinkthin soy protein, which there are always debates about.
Metrx, most reliable company, been around for ages and have great taste. Only down side is they are expensive.

Protein bars on average cost $2-3 dollars per bar and only offering 18-30grams per bar. They are slow reacting and have useless carbs added into it and most of the time they taste like crap. Drink protein shakes instead, most don't have too many useless things added into them. I can recommend flavorless ones from musclefeast.com, and flavored, optimum nutrition.

There is always time for the gym, whether it's 30-mins or hours, any work out helps. Dumbbells are usually on sale all the time at places such as Sports Authority. Buying plates is much cheaper than going for adjustable ones from like bowflex. But if you're that shy to buy dumbbells in person bowflex select tech 552's go on sale for around 238$ + free shipping, often.
 
You are correct Arthur. I talked many times in this thread how cardio in the morning is very important. As for abs well that's right, once your bodyfat gets higher, abs get covered with fat (you don't "lose" and "get" abs), you burn fat and abs visible again, yay mission complete.

Okay, many fat burning supplements are alright if you have money to spend. But ton of people don't really pay attention in diet, which is the most important part.

Like one guy I seen in the gym, drinking fat burning supplement and then coca cola after workout :facepalm:

So what you suggest for reducing belly?

1) What should be the timing period for running?
2) Diet Plan (What to eat and what to ignore)
3) Any special crunches (kindly paste the screenshot as well)
4) Name the fat burner here. I am willing to spend money on it. But What will be the shipping charges?

Does Running helps in increasing Height? If it does, then what for some people like me who wants to gain both Height and Weight Both. Because Running will increase Height but Decrease Weight.

And Does drinking Coca cola lessens the growth of Height?

I am very fond of protein bars. I eat up to 15-20 bars per week. I'm choosing between two to three bars that are sold here. I want to try something else, but I have to order from the internet in this case.

Well you could run for 30-45 mins every morning, just try it, if it has no effect run for an hour and as you go increase intensity or run for longer period of time.

I wrote many times what should you people eat and what avoid, check other posts for good protein and carb sources.

Not really and don't do crunches too much, much important is cardio just by doing crunches doesn't mean fat will come off faster from stomach area. Body will decide where and how much will burn fat.

As for fat burners, dunno as I never used them.

Go here and sort by "Highest rated" read some reviews and check which one do you want. As for shipping fees again, don't know, never ordered something from other country.

I never read any nutrition books.Maybe I did but I don't remember, I usually listen a lot audio books for motivation.

I have no idea how running and coca cola affects height but I already wrote in one of my previous posts that dead lifting, bench pressing and squatting are 3 best exercises for increasing weight and height as they lead to increased testosterone production.

Strange.

You are loosing fat so your body is not used to change right now, it will adopt don't worry just make sure you have many meals through the day.
And if you still hungry just increase veggies.

It's important to fuel body with enough protein and keep it full with some veggies and so on..
