supliments are safe. But when you extremly overdoe it 250grams a day of protein you get gout like i had.

You got gout from protein consumption? Where the hell are you getting your protein? For normal people they recommend 1-2g / lb of weight. So unless you're less than 100lbs 250g protein shouldn't do that much to your system. That being said you like 95% of people don't drink enough water while taking supplements.

Protein is very hard on the kidneys, drinking enough water helps alleviate some of the stress.

Rest is the most important part of any program. Since your gains are small i would try a four day split. Plenty of rest with this programme i bet you se a change after a month. But everyones body is different.

There are great chances to become sterile during the cure, according to 'the internet'.
 
your suppose to work out 4 days out of 7. In between days your suppose to eat healthy and diet in order for muscle mass to build up. Steroids are illegal, dangerous, and UN-healthy. Also shrinks your penis, if it would work for epenis I'd be all for it.

Steroids have nothing to do with penis, they don't shrink it. People got that idea in their head and let me explain why.

What happens when you pack on 50, 70 or 100 pounds of muscle across your body? Obviously if you look at it, penis will look smaller simply because body is bigger. As body keep on growing, penis stays the same, so obviously it will look smaller.

Testicles however, shrink. You're injecting testosterone and body does not need to produce it. When you come off, things get back to normal if you did everything right.

Steroids are far more healthy than you think. Not if you're in your 20s of course but if you had a severe injury, if you're in your 40s, testosterone can only help, nothing else.

Just because some uneducated idiots did crazy shit and got on the news it doesn't mean steroids are bad.

People are scared of unknown and don't even want to learn.

I recommend Horse Power. Tried NO Xplode but I prefer Horse Power.

As for taking xxxx grams of protein question. That's just waste of money. Body can't utilize so much protein. When you are on steroids protein synthesis is increased but you still don't have to take so much protein.

2-3grams per kilogram if you are really active. If your weight is around 100kg you'll take 200-300grams of protein.

ANyone can do a ph/Roid cycle .but PCT is the most important thing,If you unable to follow a good pct then you are fucked,Not only you will loose all you packed mucles but damage you liver,kidney and love life.
If you can't get a serm,even for a mild ph like p-mag, Don't even start thinking about starting a cycle.Please don't PM asking what is a serm,If you don't know that then you are no good at all for a cycle.

Atm doing tren/ep .Two weeks in to it,For some reason my libido is very high.I thought it would go down.Good for me.Packed 2lb already while loosing some fats.Aim is 8-9%[now 11%] BF with around 4-5lb of lean mass.Gonna start cardio next week.

PS: my bicep was very small because I almost exclusively trained cardio.

Before training .. I feel that the biceps has been significantly improved, compared to what it was before.

Overjaculation, great job.

I do 5 sets of 10 Push-ups everyday (I wonder if that's enough), I'm vegetarian so I don't know if my diet is good enough, I rely on fruits mostly. I don't want to get huge, but I do want to bulk up a little as I'm too skinny ATM.
 
i need to lose fat around my waist...
i am 211 pounds.
I get hungry every few hours...

I am planning to walk atleast 1-2 km every day or two... will that help.

should i get a treadmill?
