I started this thread... But I don't know what to say ATM... Just hope that you will be more professional hosting provider in future and not lie your customers

Hi Robert,

I have added a subscription for this topic. I still advise users to open a support ticket then they can post there problems as a screenshot here.

Let me know if that is OK?

Thanks,
Danny

Thanks a lot John .You start this thread.
I always hope that i am only one unsatisfied costumer.but there is more.
He just know some thing about seedbox hosting,
He`s not qualified for selling vps/servers.

Hi,

SeedBoxOne and 100TBh SeedBox hosting only makes up around a 25% of turnover.

Hope this helps clear things up.

Thanks,
Danny

Hi,

Can I ask when I lied to you.

Thanks,
Danny

answer

Seems John was given a bum server with 100tbh. It was a 10mb not 1 gigabit line, He contacted the lots of times in tickets but kept getting unusable servers.

I sad :)
Just hope that you will be more professional hosting provider in future

Look m8 I don't want to wait for 10 hours to get your answer and then I get unusable answer. That is verry unprofessional - even AltusHost have (allmost) 24/7 support. I just wanted to buy good servers somewhere and stay there. You know I run image hosting and I pained to buy more servers And now I am back on shared hosting because of you...

Hi,

I am sorry about the 10MBiT mix up. But this was due to LeaseWeb racking a set of servers incorrectly. Any downtime would have been credited back to your account and it was fixed within 24 hours.

Please let me know if you think that is all correct. Plus any issues you have at the moment.

Thanks,
Danny

Look m8 - I replied to your post

And please don't ask me to work with you. Like I sad I don't want refund (I don't know if it is even possible - I paid with GoogleCheckout) and I don't want to have anything with you.

Hi,

I am more than happy to work with you in getting the VPS up and running, please note we can only offer best effort when installing software on a VPS. But we can help with most things :)

Thanks,
Danny

OK don't close just look this

Danny Aston
I can only offer best effort, please let me know what you want to do and I will help you e.g. FTP server or a web server we can help with.

Me
No I don't want to have anything with you. Thank you for your worst support ever. You was dumping me off when I first asking you for installing thing on my server and now you want to help me?!?!?!? F OFF

I will not post anything more in this thread.

Sorry because I pissed off. I am not that kind of person but this is worst hosting ever... That's it... I love you all

Hi,

I feel that would be unfair as some customers are yet to reply.

Thanks,
Danny

Where are your TOS about refund policy. It`s very imported for all service provider.
Now you tell me there is no refund policy after paying second time......
No one waiting more than 7 days to fixed his vps/server.

Without a TOS or Refund Policy this hosting provider should not be allowed to sell on wJunction, it's simply too much of a risk to the community.

Ban them, put up a warning in all their threads and be done with it.

I could not and still can not find any links from your homepage to your TOS.

You're making yourself look the fool, you should quit while you can.

I will lobby for your ban either way :) wJunction has enough troubles as it is, it doesn't need
failhosts making more issues for users.

Well where the hell TOS page on your site?
You just create it right, and hide it......

Hi,

It was created last week. Please note we do NOT require users to accept this before ordering, but I have added it to WHMCS :)

Thanks,
Danny

Hi,

It is not required before ordering, this TOS has just been modified from SeedBoxOne, which operates in the same way, it exists but it not required before ordering, we just have one encase it is required :)

Hope this helps clear things up.

Thanks,
Danny

There no tos page listed on SeedBoxOne.com either so that's making me think that you just added that tos page there just now.

I check your WHMCS Order part it didn't show the checkmark box were it stats by making this order you're agreeing with are Terms of Services. But that wouldn't matter at all cause if clients weren't able to locate your terms of services how do you expect them to agree to them ?

Hi Robert,

Please see attached:

This is Google's cache of http://seedboxone.com/Tos.html. It is a snapshot of the page as it appeared on 8 Mar 2012 07:00:37 GMT. The current page could have changed in the meantime. Learn more

It has been up for well over a year.

Hope this helps clear things up.

Danny
