Lots of users report non-payment of larger payments. They flagged my account when they owed me over $200 but finally paid me after I emailed their support multiple times. Check out their facebook page or do a google search and you will see the complaints.
I would have to agree. Support is great, speeds aren't stupidly slow like other sites and he seems pretty serious about suggestions. If things stay stable this host has a lot of potential.
