whats your opinon on the bullworker?

Mostly all bullshit, stick with basics.

i started gym and all these days and use some mass building proteins and all.

i would like some power so i was told to use creatine, please assist which is the best brand, please note i dont want to have tablets instead powder form would do, as when i work out, i take myself with a cold pint of milk and the protein..

:P best sport is sex and its most safe sport =) second all proteins, all add'ons and other muscle growing and energy drinks are poison for your body :facepalm: you have to remember that all exercises have to be portion leveled otherwise you will only hurt yourself.

Do not start bodybuilding in first...
Firstly start from active life and healthy and regular eating. Active life i mean soft sport like running, exercises, swimming everything that involves full body activity. After 1 year of that you can start bodybuilding in portion levels.This type of start up saves you lots of future years.
Remember body is designed to slow formation not fast grow. We are not plants that can be injected with antibiotics to get better results, because if you grow fast you die fast.
Heart used to pump 5 liters of blood with one pressure and yes she can pump 6 liters of blood with same pressure after extra weight change in your body but for limited time....
So don't be a hero because it's only time matter...
That's why there are created those weight tables....
Due to my injury i can't be involved in bodybuilding and it's just my advice for everyone ;)

You got injured because I assume you used too much of your brain/training techniques to train and now since you can't body build trying to scare another people.

People even used some big ass steroid cycles and still living in their 70s and you say how they will die by bodybuilding and taking supplements :facepalm:

if you weight lift every day for 3 hr yes you will get fucked

Secondly i dont f**kn care about bodybuilding and my injury was not involved to it.
Also i dont need muscles to make a girl to have a sex with me :P

It doesn't mean that every body builder has huge as muscles.
They are called power lifter i believe.

I don't want to look huge but i want look like a Fitness model and how will achieve that

Thanks for your input. I used to be a member of at a gym but any decent gym is quite far from me now. Used to do 5x5 routine that was simple and worked well.

I'm relatively low in BF naturally, just wanted a program to kick my butt back into shape before I go to school again (where i'll have access to a gym) lol.
 
So i did the insanity fit test yesterday and damn, it took a toll on me, and i think it might be the fact that i only got like 3-3:30 of sleep after. I had soccer practice this morning and wow, it was just horrible because my legs were still hurting so i couldn't really run much.
So i think im gonna try to get like 3-4 more hours of sleep before my game today :P
I like insanity tho it pushes me, also im 14 idk if that has anything to do with it.

I wish I had gym in my school back in the day :(

Anyway, for quick boost you could buy nice Creatine Monohydrate (maybe Micronized from Dymatize Nutrution) that would give you nice size for short period of time (those 2-3 months) as there is no other way how you could put huge size over such short period of time.

Hmm and without gym, that's another big obstacle.

Maybe what you could do is something like this (at home):

Monday: Pushups, Chinups and Squats
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Pushups, Chinups and Squats
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Pushups, Chinups and Squats
Sunday: Rest

So it's kinda full body workout. 3 times per week. Just make sure you don't do anything hard on those rest days, as that's what they are for, to rest from your training.

Hmm I don't now how bodybuild with soccer will do much good. It's way too much stress for legs, in end you will over train them.

Also sleeping is most important, don't even bother training if you don't get at least 6 hours of nice sleep.

It's nice to start exercising while you are young, but with caution. It can only help, not harm. Do some bodybuilding for a year, when you see how good results you got, you could throw in creatine with protein in your diet ;)

What would you recommend to a teenager that gained a bit of weight from their last vacation? Start cardio? Just eat right?

Bit of weight is easy to burn. Combination of both, better nutrution and cardio will work best.

Food change alone won't do much if there isn't any type of activity but cardio can do some good burning if nutrition is bit off (however that doesn't include you can eat shitload of candy per day and still burn fat).

So just lower candies, fast food, soda instead eat more fruit (it's summer), salads, water, meat and that's pretty much it.

If you're just starting do 3 sets for each part (aka 3 sets of pushups for chest, 3 sets of chinups for back etc) with 10-15 reps.

Then, as you advance you can increase reps but I would focus more on increasing sets.

So do first week with 3 sets for each part, next week go 4 sets etc. But don't increase every week. Also rest is very important, last you want to do is overtrain.

Well nutrition with cardio is not going to work and vice versa. Because if you eat right more fat won't be stored but without any activity current fat won't be burned.

While with cardio you will be able to burn fat, but, if you eat shitload of bad food, even 1 hour of cardio won't be able to burn that much calories.

So combine both, results won't come just by sitting and waiting :)
 
Well mate wht will u recommend to me , i sit on computer more then 18 hrs , and that sitting is making my stomuch full of pain , now am really sick due to that , but i can't stop working , some hrs at my company and some hrs is for my website , so wht to do to solve the problem up , any suggestions

Well mate wht will u recommend to me , i sit on computer more then 18 hrs , and that sitting is making my stomuch full of pain , now am really sick due to that , but i can't stop working , some hrs at my company and some hrs is for my website , so wht to do to solve the problem up , any suggestions

Hmm pain in stomach? I don't know if you're aware but people who sit on computer lot for long period of time could end up with intestine cancer believed or not.

That much of computer work will eventually kill you. It's very bad for eyes, not to mention for spine.

Quit it.

Simple, even if you're earning huge amount of money per month. Ask yourself: Would you trade 1000 dollars every month for your spine, your eyes, and whole body? I know I sure would NOT.

You could start by lowering hours but I like to cut problems at root, so backup shit, get workers or someone to do your job (because I assume since you sacrifice that much, you have decent income, so paying workers is not hard, or you don't even earn anything decent?), deactivate all those stupid facebook, twitter accounts, join gym and plug off computer.

It's just not worth it.

How many km do you reccomend to jog a day?

That depends on your activity. Do you maybe play football or something in free time? I wouldn't measure it in kms yet. 30 min of running in morning would be good, if that's too easy increase to 45, 60 mins. Always challenge yourself ;)

Well thanks alot , i am also thinking the same ... thats why i joined up gym now , actually problem is am too much lazy ... :( from today i did rather start jogging up now , so that it can atleast maintain my body , and i have to reduce the workload .
