I would also find that advantageous if it worked. What I would prefer, however, is the option to deactivate PDF receipts upon payout. It's a fantastic feature, but I think some people, including myself, don't like it so much (for security reasons).

@ddownload.com Is there any way to deactivate this for oneself?

Thanks @ddownload.com for the "Hide PDF Receipts" feature. However, I mean completely disabling it so that they aren't generated at all.

New Withdrawal Methods Added

We are pleased to announce that we have added new withdrawal methods:
  • Wire Bank Transfer (SWIFT)
  • SEPA Bank Transfer

Bank transfers are available for amounts of 700 EUR / 800 USD or more.
Requests below this threshold will be automatically rejected when using the Request Money option, and a notification will be shown.

Bank transfers are processed within a maximum of 24–48 hours after the payout status is confirmed as “PAID.”

Update on Existing Payment Methods
  • PayPal (minimum withdrawal: 70 EUR)
  • USDT (minimum withdrawal: 20 EUR)
  • Payeer has been removed following the shutdown of its services.
Minimum withdrawal amounts are required in order to cover processing and transaction fees, as some payout methods involve higher costs.

Payout Schedule
As usual, payouts are processed on a weekly cycle within 5–7 days.
In some cases, processing may take up to a maximum of 14 days.
 
Could you please adjust the deleted files list so that 300 files can be displayed on one page?

When deleting the payout history, it would be helpful if it were possible to do so selectively, not just all at once.

I have another suggestion regarding the deleted files. Is it perhaps possible to delay the deletion of reported files, for example, after 24 or 48 hours, so that users have time to back them up? Your competitors already offer this feature. When a file is reported, users are shown the links to the files and then have approximately 48 hours to save them. This would be a really desirable feature.

It could also be implemented so that only the file owner can save them, but that's not essential.

This feature could cause serious legal problems and might lead to a court order. A website owner could argue that it makes it easy to re-upload illegal content, which could result in the site being taken down.

One of the reasons why also Share-Online got taken down by the way.

What is going on with your service, many of my users reported that they got banned suddenly for no reason, this is happening lately and every day there are reports about this situation, what can we do?
 
Hi dear affiliates,

We are currently experiencing a slight delay with payouts. However, we will process them shortly as soon as the funds arrive and will then settle all open balances.

This is currently a strong anti-debrid measure. In the past, many old accounts were compromised due to weak account passwords, and debrid services used bot networks to take over these accounts. Our system is able to detect such accounts.

Accounts are automatically suspended. However, once the customer contacts us, the account will be reactivated and the customer will be required to set a new password. We also no longer allow weak passwords during registration.

We have implemented several measures against debrid services. Debrid services no longer have it as easy as before.
 
Please rectify the garbled text issue on the pages as soon as possible.

1. On the file management page, Chinese characters are displayed as garbled text.

We currently do not have Chinese available on our website yet, although this is planned for the future. Could you please let me know whether you meant Japanese instead, or are you using a browser-based translation, such as Google Translate?

What I mean is that the uploaded files contain Chinese characters in their filenames.
