Do weekends count as payment days?

Can you eloborate on that as im quite unsure what do you mean exactly?

I have a dozen or so files that are still being processed since January 7th. Will they ever be completed or is this some kind of error and should reupload them?

I have done a check on queue and i don't see any files in encoding queue from January 7TH, could you by any chance provide file code so i can verify it further?

Why does an MP4 video have to wait in a queue of 200 videos before it can be viewed?

Why doesn't it do what all the other hosts do, where videos can be viewed without being converted?

Because "everyone else" does something it doesn't mean they do it good way. We have our own logic how we handle files and one of the reasons why every file is being encoded is fact that tons of files uploaded by users have broken frames, often miss aligned audio, files are incorrectly encoded uploaded as mkv but in reality they are inside mp4 container. Encoding fixes these issues so we later don't see massive amount of various player errors with video being stuck but audio playing or errors like 232011 and others.

But for all hosts, conversion is mandatory. However, if the file is in MP4 format, it can be played while it's in the queue. Once the conversion is complete, the converted file plays.

For example, a super popular video is released. The following happens: its host gets 5,000 clicks in 2 hours and no plays.

So, if they had a fast conversion but a queue of up to 300 videos, meaning it takes at least 3 hours to convert a video, the website featuring it loses views.

If I'm just complaining, don't pay attention, but I see many others with the same complaint, so they should try to fix this.

We don't find it mandatory, people have free choice they can upload to any platform they want, our platform our rules we don't want to be like everyone else and there is always a solution to have your files encoded instantly with premium account otherwise you patiently wait for the queues to be handled. Yall keep forgetting that we're not 100 users platform like most of these competing hosts we receive couple houndred thousands uploads every day and we really don't plan to invest more money into encoding servers for free users who in most cases don't bring any profits but keep us around few cents income or at zero.

Ah, I understand. I had to say it: their business is selling premium to uploaders.

You know, if you don't buy premium, your videos only take three days to be converted. Stop complaining.

Okay, thanks.

Nobody forces you to do that, feel free to use any other video hosting platform for your files.

Hi, I purchased premium and the new files are being encoded, but the older ones are still there waiting. Is this normal? Or will they be processed faster later?

Premium affects only fresh uploads it doesn't work on files already in queue, however i can add priority manually on your files as soon as you provide me your account username.

Why don't you run torrent client at your own computer huh ? Is it so hard ? We won't add remote from that junk either.
