I would just like to report that the dashboard on Byse is not working. Everything is frozen and has been like that for hours. While on Filemoon everything loads normally.

What do you mean by "dashboard being frozen" i've done a check and i dont see any issue there.
 
As far as I can see, the number of people online is the same as yesterday, while Filemoon shows the actual number of people online. I'll send you the pictures privately.
 
I'm almost losing my patience. There's always a problem.

Just to let you know. The dashboard is now working normally.

No problem, that dashboard bug is a reflection of yesterday hot fixes being applied to our backend in order to resolve the "unable to load video" issue which have break our cache refreshing logic. This has been corrected and we monitor the situation and perform tests so if you find anything weird please do not hesitate to report it, thanks!
 
Hello. Can you check payment #8044, which is currently in the MIGRATION status? I updated all the links (both embed and download) on my website several days ago, and I deleted all the cached data via Cloudflare on the same day I updated it.

Additionally, if you could provide me with a Telegram number for support, that would be great.

Our system does that automatically, we don't check such things manually. System does it every 48 hours and payment will be released 48 hours after last time traffic was received to filemoon domain.

Could you please tell me via private message when traffic was last sent from my website and to which video exactly? It's possible that someone else on a different domain has my video posted (since I don't have any domain restrictions).
