While we may not be very active here, we still occasionally provide important updates. Please note that we no longer offer official support through this channel. Our support system can be found at https://support.ddownload.com, where you will receive personalized responses.

However, I would like to share some positive news with you.

  • In the next 24 to 48 hours, all outstanding affiliate payments will be processed. This includes any four-figure amounts or specific payment methods.
  • New affiliate conditions, which will be better than the current ones, will be announced soon with the release of Version 2.
  • We have successfully negotiated new peering agreements that will be finalized within the next 2 to 3 weeks. This means that our customers will experience top speeds.
  • We have implemented new security measures for our affiliate users regarding data. In the past, some data was lost due to outages (which occurred last year). This will never happen again.
  • Version 2 of DDownload is still in development and will be completed and officially announced between Q1 and Q2 2025. It will also include VPN features for customers, even though we will have excellent peering agreements.
  • As some of you have already noticed, we are running marketing campaigns across various channels, which are positively impacting your sales. No matter which payment methods are used, we count all transactions as sales! Each payment method has unique customer IDs that are officially tracked by sessions.
