@ddownload.com why do users always have to request a payout twice?
Once via the payout request button and another time via support ticket.
I have now looked at this once a month with you.
Every week only one third of the payout amount is paid out.
No other hoster makes such problems like you. Rapidgator and Katfile make no problems at all.
Katfile has paid out 2000€ this month, 15 days after payout request.
This kid stuff with the payouts is pretty annoying.

Do you like support tickets? I have now instructed my uploaders to bug you directly with Suport tickets as soon as even one payout is open.
My uploaders have a total of over 40 open payout requests.

PS:
5 of my uploaders still haven't received their money from the payout requests you sent into nirvana last year at September.

He said he will finish the contract by latest tomorrow. Then we close the payments tomorrow.

We had one Server which was stuck somehow, but the Data isnt lost.

Exchange has been executed, during day short after 4pm. Banks were too late.
But great news, our Bitcoin are on the way. We will close all payments by latest tomorrow.

The exchanger was too late again today. The reason is, one of their employes is sick right now.
