How to move files from the root directory to a folder? I cant find any options to move there :(

500 Internal server error on video dashboard

Hello,

I've verified all the logs and i don't see any unusual signs for this error. Mostly this error appeared if you temporary lost connection or you've interupted the page load with refresh button then you pressed X. In any case error appears again please send me a private message and i will be investigating it further.

Some viewers have reported to me that videos are blocked in their country, even though their country was not blocked. I have some exotic countries blocked, but not the ones that reported the problem. I ignored it until after some time I received a message about the blocking of viewing in my country. I had to remove all the blocks to clear this problem.

Please check that your country specific block function is working correctly. Thanks

We do not block any countries. We block certain ip addresses with very low reputation that are classified as SPAM/DDoS.

is there the same,

all filemoon.sx videos are buffering, only loading in the long run

I've tried from a different IP, the result is the same

any disturbance?

Hey i have reviewed your videos. Issue is caused by your custom VAST ad which is trying to load but fails. I've removed your VAST AD and videos are playable.

Few updates:

- Custom domains are now re-enabled.
- We've added some extra filemoon embed domains.
- We've moved default embed domain selection into custom domains tab. From there you can select default embed domain wether it's custom or ours. It will also update links in export etc..
- We've added new 200Gbps servers to improve streaming speed even more.

Upcoming:

- From 15th of feb. Filemoon will add following payout methods:
  1. Perfect Money
  2. Webmoney
  3. Payeer
- Payout amount selection.
- 2FA (Two factor authentication) for Login/Payout Request.
- Rates changes will occur (Tier1 30$->32$, Tier2 20$->22$, Tier3 15$->17$, Tier4 10$->12$, Tier5 6$->8$) .

Thanks for the 1 day premium. However, the videos freeze a lot and the multiple quality also degrades the quality a lot.The situation is the same for almost all companies like yours around Turkey and eastern Europe. There's a lot of freezing. @StreamHide @FileMoon

We've verified all your videos with our Turkish proxy as well with our Turkish VPN, as well we have asked all our Turkish users about streaming experience and no one has complained. So i would suggest obtaining a better internet connection.

Not making you a liar buddy. All i'm saying is that your words was deeply verified and we couldn't find any confirmation ourselves also with our Turkish users as we have plenty of them. It's also hard to believe that video with 1100kb/s bitrate will buffer(That's your biggest bitrate of videos you upload for test). So we had to verify that.

I added my domain, changed the nameservers, but I get an error message

Can you please keep conversation in one single place instead of spaming us with same information everywhere from telegram up to here? Because you write something in capital letters at 3am in the morning it doesn't mean you will be responded quicker.

I've reviewed your settings and i noticed that after you updated NS records you removed website from the panel and re-added it again not sure why since NS change may take up to 48 hours before domain is activated then error appeared as domain was already in our cloudflare account. I've told our tech to fix that manually for you and block option to remove pending domains by user. Expect it to be done within 24 hours.

Upload speed is not good

Could you please provide me with your account login in order to verify your account?
