Is your payment status still "open"? I'm having the same issue. Have you tried to contact them?

I remember that the first status is always "open" then a couple of days later the status goes to "approved" (or something like that) and then after of couple of months the final status is "paid".

After 2 months I send them ticket because request status was OPEN.Immediately they change status to HOLD.Total disaster-from bad to worst....
