Hi. I have received crypto vouchers last week (10 Jan 2022) . They paid my requests from August 2021 and December 2021. I'm sure that more people have received. I am sure that vouchers are shipped in queque in the order in which they were submitted (I requested in December very fast, right after...

Yes, we went through this in July, many people had the same, just read some old wjunction pages in this topic. Most of the outstanding payments from this period were finally made in October and November. You must contact support and say them that your payment status is "paid" but vouchers not...

Last time in July - crypto was available to request for many days, I think it was 14 days or even more, it was available all the time until they figured out that people are getting "paid" status without acctually getting the vouchers (status was paid but vouchers were missing). I think it was...

+1 same reply. I think that vouchers (gift cards) are easier for them than direct cryptocurrency payments because of legal things - related to legal business accounting. So there is little chance of change on this point. They can change a voucher provider in the future if there will be further...

Not yet. They are saying that they will process payouts with missing vouchers when the new ordered vouchers arrive to them.

Hi. If you ask them frequently when they are going to pay, they may not reply to you. My advice. Ask them to cancel your bank payout withdrawal, it's best choice. They will mark it as "declined" but the money will be back to your user' account balance, next time choose crypto voucher method...

I am curious if they will process new requests first (which are open) or these ones with paid-missing vouchers.

@ff16 I'm not requesting new CV payout because I dont want to see "2 paid status" and no new coupons. I will wait until they send me the missing vouchers then I will request next payout. It is very strange but looks like that "cryptovoucher payout method" will stay available all the time. But...
