As long as upper is still up on this host, the situation will not improve, on the contrary, it has been more than a year since UL started with irregular payments, accounts are blocked shortly before a possible payment (min 50 €), etc. That The whole has a method, who has not yet understood this will probably never understand it.
All mails with content like "Our payout department has problems, we apologize" are purely to appease the upper. Who needs 9 months to solve such a problem?
