We are a file and video host, you had the option don't encode on means all your new videos will be download only.

If like to have mp4 without encoding use the second option, 'don't encode mp4 videos'

Some videos today are a real disaster. Please check server overload.
They are not all videos.

It should be fixed already, one of our servers had a unexpected raid check which caused the HDD to slow down

Streaming speed is back to normal
 
Web Upload is showing 'Upload failed' everytime i'm trying to upload something. Can't upload anything last 30 minutes.
Please check what's going on.

This is correct!

Since JetLoad problems ocurrer everyday! I thought that @Evoload-Jason have learned the lesson with JetLoad but it seems not! Evoload still have a LOT of problems, it's not a stable host!
Evoload was good in its initial stage. Before being known to the public. Then everything went wrong.
Evoload is good on normal days, but on peak weekends, it literally doesn't work.
Jason, please limit the entry of new webmasters, the only thing they do is keep crashing the service. Also what you can do is increase more servers as more users enter.
I still trust Evoload, but I am also losing patience.

We had lately a new speak of users which with a massive number of uploads which caused our encoding servers queue to be full

We are forcing now the transfer of the files to our streaming servers, the upload should be back in few minutes
 
are inactive files meant to hit the inactivity manager first before being deleted?

ive just had a lot fo files disappear and none went to the inactivity manager. Very disappointing
 
@Evoload-Jason Is the evoload banned from the myvidster service? Unbelievable that after a week they did not implement the API.
It's been blocked since December 1st at night, so.... just close to 2 weeks now..... :(

Well it's very strange, we sent them already API access and everything they requested but looks like no reply at all from there side we have also contacted them multiple times asking for update nothing, I believe they will speed it up if multiple users are contacting them.

Due a small bug the inactivity manager was showing higher inactivity date because of premium accounts, it should be resolved now and it should show the correct date.
