Anyway, here a small update:
- Upload should be fully working again
- Auto-payment wallet has been credited with 1.000$ again it should be fully functional withing the next hour due (btc confirmations)
- Payments are sent continually like always 24h - 3 business days
- WMZ is temporary disabled (it's already written in our affiliate page)

- For servers we don't have a single server down, all servers are fully operating,
- It's true we have a small delay in support! due the incoming changes to our new platform, but this does not means that we have stopped operating! , instead we are preparing a huge update!

I confirm again everything is still fully normal! and there is no needs to write such things!

Any bug during the past month has been already resolved, we can't fix bugs our whole life instead we are moving to a better platform which has 100% bug fixes

Of course the platform is our own platform and our own script.

The update should be released in few days there will be a huge update in the history of our host.

About the downtime, no one of our team was aware of it but it looks like it was just a short DNS outage from our DC.

Our auto-payment wallet is out of funds we have just trasferred about 1.000$ again, it should be functional again withing 1h

Not a single server is down here! all servers are fully operating!

It's really unbelievable that some users are saying we are death just because of small downtime or delayed reply! I didn't really expected this it's just a shame ....

We were worried about you. because you didn't answer. You did not return to the mail. You didn't write on skype. you should find yourself an assistant. we have the right to hear news about you.

@Jetload-Jason is not about users saying the host is dead or “it’s a shame” like you said. You need to be active and answer your users. You were online but never replied when users complained about problems in your website. Of course we were worried, we never know what can happen and we already had bad experiences with hosts that disappeared all of a sudden.
So, like @Turco said, if you don’t have time to answer and give explanations, you should consider to get another person to give feedback about the problems.

I will give you one example, @GO Unlimited is almost all the time online and as soon as 1 error is reported by a user, he answer in some minutes.

Anyway, waiting for that new big update and see how things are going to be in future.

We want to surprise everyone with the huge update that's why, Skype support was always fully available
But anyway, everything is under control, and there not a single reason to worry :)
It's just wrong alarm,

After reading some threads here I started to understand why many users are worried so fast because most hosts we don't reply or provide fast support starting to scam people and preparing to shutdown.

We are not that type of host, users are trusting us more then 1 year and we never scammed anyone and will never do this of course, as mentioned above the main reason for the delay is mostly the incoming changes


Anyway,
In our script even if we work 100 years fixing bugs it will not become perfect, the main reason is the core of the script was not perfect .

We spent a lot of time preparing our new script/platform and it should be released in couple of days:

- Sorting of Files/Videos
- FTP Upload
- Web Based FTP Client (like filezilla)
- More options in API
- Hot Link packages
- Inactivity packages
- Premium Plans
- Full overview of your deleted/inactivity files

- Real-time remote upload including support for many hosts!
- Possibility to use your own ads / or use affiliates
- Generate Splash & Thumbnails for No-encoded mp4 videos
- Real ChromeCast/Airplay in player
- Select Upload Server location
- Secured Payment system
- Full over-view of used storage,total files,inactive files,removed files
- Download / Views statistics


Many back-end features like

- Videos will land only on servers with less encoding queue
- Optimized Encodings


Of course right now we are still free for any feedback options that may users need etc.

Why you mentioned other host on Jetload thread ? Let me explain jetload.net is not shity XVS script which you can buy and add few servers and work easy with a lot of bugs. Jetload is make hard work to server good quailty and stable. He dont use OVH like other host he use quailty servers. All best for Jetload.net !!! Ask other host where is hosted or check IP and compare 1gb port with 10gb and quailty of reprouduction, also he have life. Is not here to make you slave like other. @Jetload-Jason i ask you to to remove counting with adblockers because only you count that.

Delayed payments can have many reasons especially since I see you are using Paypal,
In case of delay always contact support to check with you whats going on and why the delay.

Because the normal payment time is 24h to 3 business days.

It's good that everything is fine! Just a question about this big update ... will our videos change links? If this happens I will have to re-upload all my videos ... This is really, really bad!

The new platform will be launched under a different name, it does not share the same servers,DB,Backend as Jetload.NET so for your old videos everything will remain the same no worries :)

We will only encourage our users to continue uploading on our new platform, since it's more stable and faster due 10G only servers that's all :)
