have come to me two fake emails from a person who pretends to be PAYZA

CAUTION!

OUR ACCOUNT NOW UNDER HOLD

ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE RESTRICTED
ALL YOUR MONEY WILL BE UNDER HOLD
YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS WILL BLOCK FROM OUR SYSTEM AND ADD TO BLACKLIST
YOU WILL NOT ABLE TO SEND OR RECEIVE MONEY
AFTER 48 HOURS YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE CLOSE AND NOT ABLE TO BACK
This is a security measure you must be a collaborator

HOW CAN YOU STOP THE HOLD ?

GO TO NEXT URL / FOLLOW STEPS ON BY ONE MAKE SURE YOU GIVE CORRECT INFO
ANY WRONG INFO WILL Lead TO CLOSE ACCOUNT AUTOMATIC NOW

hi i raised the following ticket on 30 July 2012

Ticket ID: LQS-888-93416
Subject: Bank Quoted Incorrect Reference in my Bank Wire
Department: My Account Support
Type: Issue
Status: Open
Priority: High

I have submitted all the information requested but im still waiting

Please refund the bank wire I sent you without delay.

I understand this has been escalated and being investigated but no updates from support to my email and no response to my follow ups!

Hey Everyone, just wanted to reach out and address the pending withdrawals. I compiled a list of all your transactions. I forwarded them to be checked up on and pushed through as soon as possible. We unfortunately had a few internal delays we are resolving as we speak.

can you please help me?

I can't seem to add bank account on Payza. It says "Account Number is Invalid" when I enter my account number percisely. However, when I enter any 6 numbers, it goes through .....

You will appreciate that i sent the documents by email to payzar support on 9th August and that email has not be acked.

This is why i am frustrated and why i have to raise issues on forums like these

I have telephoned your UK phone number but I get cut off every time before the message and selection options have completed their playback, which has made me even more frusttated.

Please advise me by what date you expect to resolve this

Hi, you have any complaint with México? I dont like PayPal because they freeze my account for nothing, just searching were to go

Have you been able to use your card for deposits in the past?

Yes, I was able to add funds. You can see number of transactions in my account. Please fix it ASAP. Thanks,
 
I am from Bangladesh. I want to verify my payza account with valid document. May be It Takes some time. In the mean time can I received & send money? If some reason I could not pass the verification posses then what will happen? My account get block? Or i can receive & transfer money easily?
