Hello Payza Support. Can you reply to this? Still facing the same problem. :(

Hello Payza Support. I am getting the below error while trying to
add funds. I have added another credit card but same error. I have raised a ticket but no response. Please look into it ASAP.!!

"We apologize, but you have reached the monthly credit card deposit limit of $0.00 USD. Please enter an amount less than your remaining available credit of $0.00 USD or use a different deposit option."
 
I can't seem to add bank account on Payza. It says "Account Number is Invalid" when I enter my account number percisely. However, when I enter any 6 numbers, it goes through .....

Hi Sahil00150,

You will be able to withdraw funds by bank wire to your bank account. Is this what you mean?

I added visa credit card form 5 days in my payza account ..it was added perfectly but when i clicked on validate my card option it tell { You cannot validate your credit card at this time. Please contact Customer Support for more information}.
I want validate my visa to make my account verified ..

I have an account Bussiness verified my site was also approved (http://www.serprohost.com), but to accept card payments to my clients are asked to register. Is it necessary to register in Payza? Can pay by credit card without registering?.

Please help as it is urgent.

PS: My website is currently under maintenance

Right now, members have to set up accounts in order to deposit funds to their Payza e-wallets. There are a few advantages to this like lower charge back rates.

So to answer your question, yes the client would have to set up an account.

Hi, I am blocked in validation area where we have to input an amount. and its too late for me to knew that only the cents amount will be inputted in the textbox coz I already spend my 4attempt. It's a good thing you sent us a ticket, in a case like this, communication must be made to our Account Security staff. The issue is getting looked into, you should hear back from our team once they conclude their investigation.

If there any fraudulent activity, it will get reversed.

Hey, why you guys taking so much time for transfering money from Payza to Indian Bank Transfer? I saw many replies in this thread some of ppls still waiting for their pending bank transfer almost 3weeks. I want to know If I withdraw my money to payza to local Indian bank so it will get pending for 3+weeks? Can you confirm me about your Indian bank transfer?

I have filed a ticket saying that even after validation my credit card, I cannot use it. I CANNOT add funds to it.

This ticket was created on Aug 30, 2012 at 11:16 PM and still NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN!

I get the error message saying "We apologize, but you have reached the monthly credit card deposit limit of $0.00 USD. Please enter an amount less than your remaining available credit of $0.00 USD or use a different deposit option."
