Hey Jamie,

I wanted to give you the heads up, believe it or not, we recently changed our user agreement. We no longer support filehosting. I know what your thinking, but the good news is that you can still use Payza to send/receive money. Just be sure not to submit a filehosting site for review, doing so will prevent you from being able to receive money.

That's interesting what you bring up about WHMCS. Last I checked, they had a forum, maybe check it out? I'm, sure they'll have some answers for you?

As for verification, you'll have to initiate a validation charge and confirm the amount. More on this here:

Hello,

My ticket ID# [#EIO-696-87965].

I have 2 verified credit cards added to my account but I cannot add any funds to my account using them.


The error it shows me is:

"We apologize, but you have reached the monthly credit card deposit limit of $0.00 USD. Please enter an amount less than your remaining available credit of $0.00 USD or use a different deposit option."

Adding a credit card did not remove my limit. It still shows as $0.00 for the limit.

Please tell me whats wrong?

I want to know that why its taking too much time for transferring money from Payza to Indian bank transfer?

Its already 9+days and still status is showing pending.

Is there anyone have done successfully transfer from Payza to Indian Bank transfer yet?

Problem in activating a credit card

Hello Mr Payza_Advisor

I added visa credit card form 5 days in my payza account ..it was added perfectly but when i clicked on validate my card option it tell { You cannot validate your credit card at this time. Please contact Customer Support for more information}.
I want validate my visa to make my account verified ..

I have submitted support ticket as well but no reply..:'(

Problem when accepting credit card payment

I have an account Bussiness verified my site was also approved (http://www.serprohost.com), but to accept card payments to my clients are asked to register. Is it necessary to register in Payza? Can pay by credit card without registering?.

Please help as it is urgent.

PS: My website is currently under maintenance
 
Blocked Validation

Hi, I am blocked in validation area where we have to input an amount. and its too late for me to knew that only the cents amount will be inputted in the textbox coz I already spend my 4attempt. I already contacted the payza support since last week but until now no response I receive. What can I do about this? Please help tnx

for me its bank wire withdrawal, its been 12 days now pending status.. same day i send a support ticket but no reply from their end.. also calling their support doesn't help because operator always says "SUPPORT IS CLOSE" then Beep sound! TUT TUT TUT! All numbers , really dint know why their support is not complying accordingly.. sorry for my Bad English...:(

Hope we can here from them soon :(
