Oh this is even worst... Carried out tests on customer-used servers? You're kidding, right?

@Mods , why that careless kid still around and not banned ???!!

for one of the reasons he should be banned is that he never said that they allocate 0.5GB for VMWare speed out of the 2GB (I have used lots of Semi-dedis and VPSes and never had that scammy excuse)
 
Hi Amrt,

This is the default setup we provide, the memory overhead is actually above 2GB and as stated before we can allocate the Video memory to the VM but it may be slower.

Hope that makes sense.

But it makes no difference, if you open a ticket it you would have the full 2GB on the VM within a few hours. We have over 70 servers all with 4-5 VM's on each and have very few complaints about this.

I agree it is a little confusing, but as we very few complaints and the system works well there is no need to change it.

Hi,

Yes that is correct, the same way that LeaseWeb have there own DC, but if I was to open a support ticket asking them to install cPanel and RapidLeech they would tell me that this is not a service they provide as the VPS / Dedicated server is unmanaged, it is up to me to install this.

Hi,

A scammer is when the product differers from the description, your VM has over 2GB of RAM, each VM is setup to offer the best performance, if you wanted you could always have the full 2GB allocated to the VM :)

@SeedBoxOne you need to understand that,leaseweb have thousands of servers.and you have only few of them.think as a reseller not a datacenter.
and see what other reseller give there customer services.

A scammer is when the product differers from the description,

First Semi-dedi plan on the site = 2GB , after setup 1.5GB - i dont care about the bullshit u kept on saying about the VM u havent said a word about it on the order page or the sales page so i have the right to refuse it

Hi,

I agree with that statement, and I know there are improvements we could make to our customer service like any company, the only reason I am reluctant to change TOS / site details etc is that we have a lot of happy customers and around 85% of revenue is reoccurring.

But rest assured all the statements in the thread are taken on board.

I can see where you are coming from, if you have a VPS number I can allocate the 2GB to the guest OS.
