@Thelen

I can't give you that proof can I? Only Darren knows.

I'm just relaying what I see. At least the "official" ones. For example, their IRC channel or in this case evoboxes's

It is hard to believe it though given the previous rubbish they've posted.

Dont think Thelen works for PM anymore. He caused quite a bit of mayhem for them last week:

Yea big week for seedbox companies. Don't believe the unofficial or official statements re pulsedmedia, they are rubbish as well. rapidspeeds would be the 2nd company screwing over their customers due to greed in the past 2 weeks, if it plays out how I think it will.

99% sure that rapidspeeds ran away.

1. Why leaseweb is even hinting at becoming their customers ?
If one goes to their chat asking about rapidspeeds, they can simply say that they won't disclose any info.

2. Talk to any sales representative at Leaseweb.
"We kindly request you to use ‘Rapidspeeds to LeaseWeb’ as the subject of your mail and include all technical details of your current server(s), this way we can handle your request as soon as possible."
Seems like they are fully aware that RS scammed so they have already planned what to do next.

3. I went ahead trying to order.
"Leon: Please enter a comment with your order that you are a rapidsppeds customer."
Why to enter rapidspeeds ? How are they sure that we are going to order the server ?

All these clearly shows that Leaseweb is fully aware that Rapidspeeds have scammed.
No host could leave their sales thread to become a scam discussion thread (24 hours is enough).
Not a single reply in 24 hours.

Just need to wait for confirmation from Glenn.

Intelligent Pankaj  No claps please ! :)

Now almost 90% RDP reseller are lost because all of them have rented their servers from RS...

Yes, a painful issue for those small entrepreneurs who now have no RDP to give to customers and have to either refund or spent more money to get a new server.

I am glad I am with the 10% ....

Hot topic :P

guys you must wait while Darren arrives to the Netherlands. He lives in the UK and technical support is on NL.

I think he's in the airport

Live chat with Leaseweb AM

charles: yes, can you provide me more info?

Jasper S.: For now, there is a legal discussion about the former Rapid speeds servers, so we cannot touch them. LeaseWeb can provide you with a new server instead, depending on how the legal discussion will end there is a chance you'll get your data back.
charles: Send me the offer detail, do you've eta for when will the legal discussion end?

Jasper S.: I can't say unfortunately, as it's out of our hands. I can't see your server configurations either, could you share it with me?

If it was really legal discussions, I am sure rapidspeeds know it would take some time to get it sorted, however, they tweeted it would up in 12-18 hours. Would love to know the reason for the legal discussions though.
