I'm currently not recieving any confirmation email been waiting a hour or so, could you look into it ? Also could it be upgraded to a premium account ?

sorry for delay , our out-mail system has issue with outlook.com which keep it in junk instead of inbox
 
Half of my uploads end up with an error message.
"the video cannot be played,,,,etc."
ALL are mp4 so there should be no issues yet there are.
Need a little help with that.
Cannot relax and work if I need to worry about which video that the site show an error on after uploading.

It does not matter how many times that I've uploaded certain files the same result occurs.
The files came from working sources and work before uploading.
