I also suspect its being ddosed I get a lot of 400 erros in log from proxy IP without x_real_ip :/

All our requests should have X-Real-IP, its fundamentally written into the system. HMM you using nginx or apache2?

And yes the old vps9 was god like :P

Also the downtime seems to always happen around 5-7am GMT+10 one day soon ill get up early and investigate myself.

You should take that into consideration, we are working on a bandwidth metering scheme whereby you will be charged $5 for 400gb bandwidth, currently howeaver its an honesty system.

Sorry not yet, the system was just designed to help me pay for the server for my own uses. We recomend you pay $5 (or multiples of) and mark the day on your calender to come back in a month.
 
Well its very close to being live, at the moment I am just testing the system so that there is no unexepected results when it is enabled. As of a few hours ago you can actually see your usage in the control panel.
 
Thanks ACE, Also everyone the new billing system is going live today, it should work out costing less for everyone who is within the 400gb limit.

Pricing
$0.05 - Per IP, per day
$0.01 - per 1gb bandwidth (10gb minimum charge per day)

If you use 400gb or less bandwidth per month (as the origional plan was) the charge will be about the same (around $5).

The billing system will change over later today so if you have any problems with it contact me now.
 
New billing sytem LIVE, if there is any problems with it I will revert to the backup. Ill try to setup email notifications for low balence some time this week since you can no longer know the time of expirey.

@SplitIce, when I say its down don't take it as I am giving you a hard time....I know most likely its the vps provider as you have always provided great support

edit working now :)
