I know where I can get no DMCA russia, ukraine, estonia and NL VPS's with most I need a guarunteed 3+ people atleast to set it up.

Im persuing getting a second ecatel node or a node at a different country, if I do get a second node ill consider setting up a 'redundancy service' which you could use our nameservers and we could monitor the uptime remotely and have it fallback to another IP if say ecatel goes down.

If I get a second ecatel node at this company, the rate will go up slightly for bandwidth and IPs due to the increase in cost. To cover costs it would need to be:
$0.10 - Per IP, per day ($3 per month)
$0.01 - per 1gb bandwidth (10gb minimum charge per day) ($4.50 per month)

Over all its just a couple $ a month increase for node2 (node1 rate wont be affected)

If we set up in Estonia:
$0.07 - per 1gb bandwidth
unknown - per IP (we haven't got the IP price yet)

Russia:
$0.06 - per GB bandwidth
$0.06 - per day per IP

Russia is looking the most promising for the new node as its run by someone I trust.

Ok a new node in russia has been ordered, prices for services on that node will be:
$0.06 - per GB bandwidth (minimum charge of 4GB /day)
$0.06 - per day per IP
Total cost per month: $9

Shout out to tippie/WRZHost for providing this discounted node.

ETA on setup is 5 hours after it arrives so around 24 hours MAX. Same rules as Ecatel node apply. Any DMCA's will be fowarded if we get any.

I've got to sleep but save me a spot. Do you proxy all ports on the forwarded IP? I've got http running on ports 80 and another for some background AJAX stuff.

Just a heads up this may be a more prolonged downtime than first though, I just found out that the providers server bill is due on the 20th (today) so unless this is a coincidence they may not have paid their bills.

If so we will have lost our data and most of our files.

ok well if the server comes back online that will be fine. Currently im scared that ecatel will have formatted the server because the invoice hasnt been paid (damn you Scopehosts/VPS9).

If so it will be a few days before we are back because I will have had to re-write the panel (again.. for those keeping track it will have been the second time).

I recomend those using our services to revert to their real IPs for now, I have begun a re-write in case the server doesnt come back, its all up to Ecatel and ScopeHosts now. I will update you on this matter as soon as I know more.

The new russian hosting is with a much more reliable company (like VPS9 used to be before it was sold)

I spent today writing a new control panel so if we loose the files it will be possible to continue. Also got prices for a replacement ecatel node, so it looks like we will have Russia + nl and Estonia in the future.

Anyway the big decision on how to proceed will be made 2morro depending on the status of our database and files.

Hello,

I don't know if its allowed to ask on this forum.. but if you can provide me more info in PM maybe i can help you if possible.

We will have a new ecatel host by the end of today. Im also contacting ecatel, ill let you all know how it goes.

[UPDATE] Ive just purchased some new ecatel hosting. Pricing has increased by 4c/day ($1.20/month) but thats just to cover the increased cost of this host.

New Ecatel service has arrived if you need something temporarily (for a few hours until the service comes back online properly_ PM me the fowarded to IP and Illl manually add your configuration and ill PM you a temp IP.

If you dont need it now just wait a few hours and Ill have a basic interface online.

[UPDATE] Interface online, Billing is still being worked on. All those who requested manual adding, check your PMs for your IPs. We have 10x new Ecatel IPs at a new company, and we are waiting on the delivery of 5xRussian IPs

Interface/Panel should be online in a few hours when the DNS resolves.

Ok, for anyone in a hurry you can access the interface temporarily (until the DNS resolves) at: http://46.17.96.16/. Ecatel (NL) IPs hosted at xsltel are available. Russian IPs available once we get them.

No one has any credit, im waiting to see if the database can be recovered before I do anything about that. In the mean time you will need to create a new account and deposit funds.
