I understand and fully agree with you - the speeds are ESSENTIAL to the profitability of ALL parties involved!

I can't give you an exact ETA, because, well - that's the nature of the business. You're right, in one sense - installing hardware software can be easy - but we're talking about software and hardware that has to handle millions of downloads a day, millions of uploads, and traffic which comes from all over the world!

Wupload has EXTREMELY competent techs working on these issues and maintaining the site and infrastructure, and I trust them 100%.

The fixes and hardware upgrades will be in place VERY SOON - that I promise you.

I do appreciate all of the comments and suggestions, it's a big help!

I do have problem with upload speed, my server in Germany, i get speeds like 100kBps for wupload (and filesonic) while filserve is running at 8000kBps without problem. I use HTTP upload. Do you know where can be a problem?

my stats were always showing the income from the latest day but i changed the date once and since then i always have to move the date in the calendar to see the day im earning income from. Is there a way to fix it as i had it before i changed dates the first time? thanks.
 
Boom, they are a***hole members take membership, download whatever they want
and they refund the money. I have several same problem, nobody can stop these s....men.

Boom, I know the leecher members do this several times, why they cheat you, cause they do not earny any cents. People make lists of what they want (may be terabytes) to jdownloaer , leech them and refund the money. But if they do this several times, paypal can block their accounts.

You can ask anybody here, Boom. We do not cheat our members.

We ENCOURAGE users to go on PPS to earn sales - it wouldn't make sense for us to create a demote like that.

Hey Willy , i have a question :)
I fixed my PayPal account so now i can recieve and send payment online , and i want to add that account to my wupload , and i reached the minimum 10$ before sunday , so if i add the paypal account now ( before sunday's end ==> before 1 am monday ) will i receive payment this wednesday ?
and btw , my stats are frozen , the earnings is increasing but the stats are frozen from yesterday i think

yea stats are frozen , but Unpaid in USD is increasing so its kinda ok , we wait for willy to fix this
you can check , i uploaded my files and wait , stats don't move but Unpaid in USD is increasing which is normal :)

Guys no one will risk 55$ to scam Wupload , if he can risk just 9,99$ .
What djkelaj said is absolutely true(it happened a million times with other filehosts) , but think logical - would you risk 5 times more than you should ? People are starting disputes and they are getting their money back , because of really obvious reasons - Example: One of Wupload affiliate banners says that you can download from Wupload with speeds up to 10mb/s+ , but you are buying premium and the speed is 50kb/s(most of the time)-500kb/s(really rare moments and even 500kb/s is not enough).Wupload has only one problem as a filehost at the moment and that problem is download speed .

Well ..1gb bandwich and 300 kbps max upload ftp speed.
Willy ..you promise you won't announce new promos till the problems are solved..
Wupload have great support, good payrates, use to have good upload/download speed but had a weekness that can kill them one day: promos..
This was wupload kryptonite..
never mind, upload workind ok now, i wonder for how long.
