As RT said use Stylish plugin for Firefox or Chrome and add a custom css tag for Wjunction to decrease the width to 90% of your screen

Please make the width of the body of the forum like 15% to 20% smaller and make the nav bar and the top about 1/3 rd bigger and the forum should be fine
