Wich hosting should be best for my site?

My website has average of 1600+uv/day, actually hosted on servedome but is poor hosting, every week you will fall in dowtimes, server slow, etc... support restart the server every week but not solve permanent the problems.

Option 1: http://www.xsltel.com
People speaks good about this guy, my website needs about 100GB monthly, then the 7$ plan should be enougth. But i see many donwtimes lately and i tryed to ping some sites hosted there and seems not possible ping them.
I fear that google use ping for any checking reason and my SEO goes to the hell. At the same time not addon domains are provided (always usefull to start small projects).

Advantages:
- Heard about good support.
- Heard about good uptime.
- Daily offsite backup free.

Disadvantages:
- No free addon domains on any plan (addon domain cost +3$).


Option 2: http://www.webcare360.com
People speaks good, no dowtimes found in his selling thread. Since my site needs 100GB/month i have to order expanded plan 7.99$. Ping is enabled on this servers and addon domains are provided with all packages.

Advantages:
- Heard about good support.
- Heard about good uptime.
- Addon domains free.
- Daily backups free.

Disadvantages:
- If my site grows not exists plans with more bandwith so i will have to left this hosting.


After those two shared options... perhaps a better choice will be buy a VPS from knownsrv.com , but i have 0 experience managing VPS and fear fall in security problems, configuration problems and all the problems related to manage the server bymyself without experience.

I´m confused... have no idea wich will be best option.

Any good advice from experts?

XSLTel is a great guy, and he does have great servers. I just don't know if they still do backups because I got an email recently about they stopped doing backups. But you can do it manually ;)

here is some clarification about ping, I don't know where did you get that "I fear that google use ping for any checking reason and my SEO goes to the hell"

google won't ping sites using icmp protocol (which is disabled on our servers) instead it will send Get requests to your site and our server will reply with http codes. if its 200 then site is ok, if its 500 then server have a problem, if its 404 then page doesn't exist and so on.

about backups unfortunately we discontinued it since its using too much resources and we have a lot of sites. (duplicating them on daily basis makes nosense) .

as for addon domains we have no intention to enable that by default but when our clients will ask for them we rarely enabling them free of charge.

webcare looks serious also but they are running less months from the others less testing/experience.

all 3 options have more or less positive feedback here.
 
@XSLTel: I named google... but is an example, from my point of view disable ping is not very recomended, sorry, is my point of view, you can agree or disagree but i think slowly on it.... example:

Who says that some web (not a search engine), for example those automated systems that says the value of your site (fake value or not i not care) and add a nice backlink. Perhaps they ping first and if ping is ok they send http request, and if ping fails i simply lost a free backlink.

I know that i can send an http request and analize http response with status codes, but i´m not interested into do it bymyself, i´m worried about spiders and web mechanisms that use ping, it´s all, not take this as an offense about your hosting services that are ok for most of people arround.

@b2netsolutions: i concentrated on those two hostings because if you check selling threads you not will see bad words 90% of the time. If you check the rest shared threads always bad reviews, downtimes, etc...

Sir, just want to make clear about the first disadvantage, that we have already updated our sales threads 1 day ago, and that was about that;

- Daily Free Backups (Offsite)

And, about the second point, you can order a custom package to grab more Bandwidth.

Psss... i have to change soon.... because now more than 8 hours offline with servedome, this guys are simply worst hosting that i ever saw.
