Seems like tmzVPS is a managed VPS provider.
Are you looking only for managed VPS's or will unmanaged work as well?

They also only have servers in the US and UK. Are you looking for those locations? Or some where else in Europe?

Currently managed or unmanaged doesn't matter i just want someone who wont suspend me without giving me a notice to take action before they bark my ass off.
Locations I would prefer some place that doesn't have all this laws for the internet.

You should look at Knownsrv.com for a VPS - little bit more pricey but they're running a good operation with DECENT hardware compared to pretty much all the other low end providers.
