I strongly recommend you to get a low end dedicated server, config it with lighttpd and capnel and raid 10. You will have huge number of customers ;)

From what I recall, Ecatel and Burst.net both have subpar service, each for different reasons -- Burst has completely impersonal "cut and paste" style support, while Ecatel doesn't seem to have more than 1 or 2 people working tickets.

I haven't used either host in some time, though, so this could have changed.

http://www.leaseweb.com/en/cloud-hosting/express-cloud - Leaseweb are pretty good.
http://burst.net/linvps.shtml - If you want support look elsewhere.
http://knownsrv.com/vps.php - Not heard of them
https://hosthatch.com/virtual-servers#2 - They resell OVH don't they?
http://www.ecatel.info/ - Amazing
http://www.xsltel.com/ - Resell Ecatel

I have looked at them and so far I can't pick which is better? and where could I find a better price and good service?

"Ecatel" have account manager they assign so many staff to each clients account. that why each client gets the same person for support.

Oh, Why shouldn't you be speaking about them? You have a right to share your experience? did you have any issues with them?

Hello,

We actually have 9 people handling support tickets currently. All in full service with us. We have 2 ticket systems, currently most of our support requests are unfortunately still being handled through our old support system helpdesk.ecatel.net. We will migrate everything very soon to the new customer system.

The name you see in the customer system is your Account Manager.
