I'm using Rapidvideo at the moment, their encoding speed is quite fast imho, Have no problem with them so far but lately I've got error loading videos since they move the server with new ssl cert, I'm looking for an alternative too...

Seriously, whats up with you, if you cant wait for encoding but still have high rewards, i would limit the upload videos number to like 500 per day.

Right now, our servers are moving to new DC, thats why the encodings is slow at the moment.
