Why suddenly openload video is not allow to use URL upload to other HOST @@ ?

I using URL upload from openload to Vid.ABC 2days already the video still cant video.... still show me this [ O:803.0MB ] and then [ Can't load M3U8 404 Not Found ] All about 4 to 6 videos facing this issue, upload by 16/10/2016 Admin please help............
