From the screenshot provided above, it's OpenVZ kernel. Looks like they were running a hosting business from a VPS.
 
It's really fishy how Benign is ignoring this thread, especially how someone deleted the thread where he tried to fool users with his "free iPad" site.

More than likely Jason he was more involved as he said - got hacked now doesn't want the embarrassment. from it all.

Not good though that there has been no updates from SceneWire sice there is clients who have paid and lost there service.

I just hope they have backups really.

I was looking for that thread too. Seems like if you're "respected" as he is you'll be protected (No offense intended to the other respected guys I know you guys deserve that rank unlike someone). Unless you're a normal member where you would see the thread and staff would have just locked it.

He's the owner of SceneWire.net and I guess Benign was the person who made the thread format/marketed his website some shit like that.
