By default all files are premium only. Webmasters get 50% from PPS
For PPD change option for uploaded files to PPD, easy.

We have no problem with counting PPS and PPD. Also we do payouts. What is your username?

And no option to remove premium download only....

We give PPS + PPD. You earn from PPS and PPD - no need to switch.
You can set file for free downloading in file options.
