warez-host.com - offline for almost 2 weeks now!

I've been a customer since july and it was going ok until a month or two back when we had a lot of downtimes, server issues, and slow support. The host never goes on msn, takes around 5-10 hours to reply to tickets, AND last but not least, has very poor english.

I have a hard time trying to communicate with them. They never respond to e-mails, and times when they respond to support issues, it's usually one, they never answer it fully, or two, they answer it but it has nothing to do with the damn support.

I don't know if I'll ever get my domain, backups, or site back but right now I can tell you I'm pretty damn pissed and I will not recommend anyone to this host.

I hope they read this X-(

Just recover from what you can thats the only thing you can do along with opening a paypal dispute to get your money back. its a big loss

Because they were submitting a lot of support tickets daily and Ecatel got sick of those retards who can't figure out there is an option for a reboot in Ecatel's control panel. They were asking Ecatel to reboot the server once in a while although they could have rebooted the server via a control panel.

All Of their Data`s & Servers have been suspended due to abuse on ecatel staff members(According to Ecatel) . According to Warez-host ,their all servers were hacked by some hackers group.

They had mentioned they will provide backup to all their services , where in my point of view they haven't kept any backups.

So, Its hard to say whether u will be getting your database back . But regarding domain is concerned u can contact them and have it back or transfer it to Other registrar.

lmao, they probably made it look like they hacked their own servers so people would stop bothering them.

I like how they can create a new template and upload their site, but not answer any of their customers!

Ecatel won't release any data from their servers once the service has been terminated, or should I say it's EXTREMELY rare.
Judging by the response from their staff members that I read last week on WHT I'm pretty confident in saying that they wiped the drive/s the same day, they weren't happy.
It's a rare feat to have service terminated from such a low end host (Ecatel).

I sympathize with you Kevin, you may as well just forget any hopes of recovering any backups etc.

I don't want to here anymore, I read enough about ecatel and your discussion. All I want to know is -

1.) What's going to happen to my site.
2.) Can I still get a hold of my database/server files (don't tell me to contact ecatel please..)
3.) What is going to happen now? Everything restarts?

I've spent a lot of money and time with my site and it's been down for like 2 weeks. Today (november 12th) was my birthday and I still worry that my site. Put yourself in my position, don't you feel mad that your site has been down for 2 weeks. I am.
