I've been a customer since july and it was going ok until a month or two back when we had a lot of downtimes, server issues, and slow support. The host never goes on msn, takes around 5-10 hours to reply to tickets, AND last but not least, has very poor english.
I have a hard time trying to communicate with them. They never respond to e-mails, and times when they respond to support issues, it's usually one, they never answer it fully, or two, they answer it but it has nothing to do with the damn support.
I don't know if I'll ever get my domain, backups, or site back but right now I can tell you I'm pretty damn pissed and I will not recommend anyone to this host.
I hope they read this X-(
