Not really, their front page is up but no support/client area works.

I've been a customer since july and it was going ok until a month or two back when we had a lot of downtimes, server issues, and slow support. The host never goes on msn, takes around 5-10 hours to reply to tickets, AND last but not least, has very poor english. I have a hard time trying to...

The skin is fine, it's just the background that bugs me.
