Depending on the hacker, if they hacked warez-host, your files may be gone already. Who knows. like every1 said try to contact them =)

by the way, if it is the third time sum1 hacked you, why are you still hosted with them?

any data doesn't remove , just server crashed,

and datacenter keep data

also plz stop introduce your services

Hey you should always read about a host before buying warezhost doesn't have the most formidable reputation here.

Also look out for the signs of bad English, that usually means the host will fail.

Tomorrow is day 4 - I still don't have backup but i have host on alibaba and I don't know do I start over?

i dont even understand what you said. and i wasn't advertising. if i would i would say :

Anyone coming from Warez-Host will get one month free! <_<

which i didn't. so go take care of your servers and stop getting hacked. i was just telling him what he could do.

so if its just a server crash how long can it possibly take to get back online? Problem is that I can't even bail now without being able to log into the client area.

Nice to see you got your front page online, would be great to work on getting your clients online too seeing as we're paying and all
 
lol its nice to know they can make a new page, but not set up their clients

i keep getting complaints about them, people wanting to move but can't because they dont have files or cant change domain =(

so its been a week now, no replies from Navid any more, cant get my sweet sweet domain back as it was hosted through him too. HTFU
 
Warez-Host is a joke and run by kids, recover from what ever backups you can and do chargeback on paypal for yoru money then go elsewhere.!

i can't agree more!

Also -- to any one who registered a domain from them, it could be possible that they have a domain reseller. meaning if you purchased a domain from them, you CAN possibly get access to your domain. Just try to figure out where the domain was purchased, and you can probably do a "forgot" password and it will be sent to your email.

if someone can provide me with a domain name to one they registered with them, i could possibly help you and see if my theory is correct =)
 
Just tried it but entering my own email address in the "forgot password box" resulted to nothing. Apparently they use their own account to register. If he could just transfer my domain to my namecheap account I would be happy enough to drop any further actions against him because this is just taking way to long and I really need to get control back of my domain.
 
F*** Warez-host. If you can go to alibaba and start over. I register domain on godaddy and change DNS. Newer let your host register your domain. Always use goddady name.com or something other
 
Yeah, I already did that. Bought a new domain at namecheap.com. But the domain I had with warez-host.com was getting a lot of traffic so I'm not very eager to let it go.

Their aim was only Stigma

Unfortunatly I didn't get an email during the "Explorers", I'm not after my data back, just want my DNS back. I was then even more amazed that after all this confusion, I (who claim to be able to speak english and know most definitions) had to look up stigma

and realised that YES, wares-hosts is deeply discredited by society.


But I can't make a new account, "that domain is already taken". When i tried to reply to the support ticket what do you know it was offline again. Shattered.
 
Alrighty then, I'm finally back online. Warez-host were nice enough to transfer my domains to a LovingDomains account that I created which is great, i hope the rest of you have the same luck. (you have to time your support ticket in the 4% of the day that their system is online)

Long story= Lesson learned, and it wasn't too costly.
